1. No refunds
All payments are final. TeachVerse does not provide refunds of any kind. Once a payment, purchase, subscription charge, or other fee has been successfully processed, it cannot be refunded, credited, or reversed by TeachVerse.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all monetary transactions related to TeachVerse, including but not limited to one-time purchases, subscription renewals, upgrades, and any other paid features we may offer now or in the future.
3. No exceptions for change of mind
We do not issue refunds for change of mind, unused access, dissatisfaction with content or features, accidental purchases, or failure to cancel before a renewal period (where applicable). Please review product details carefully before paying.
4. Technical or service issues
If you experience a technical problem, contact us so we can try to help resolve it. Technical issues do not entitle you to a refund under this policy.
