Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 17, 2026. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TeachVerse (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using TeachVerse, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By visiting, creating an account on, or otherwise using TeachVerse, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
TeachVerse is a blog and learning community where users can read, write, and engage with educational content. Features may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the platform or other users.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as posts and comments). By publishing content on TeachVerse, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service.
You are solely responsible for your content. You must not post anything that is illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Do not use TeachVerse for spam, fraud, or unauthorized commercial activity.
- Do not upload malware or engage in activity that compromises security.
6. Fees, refunds, and cancellations
If any paid features, subscriptions, or other charges apply, all payments are final. TeachVerse does not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once a purchase or charge has been completed. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property
The TeachVerse name, branding, design, and platform software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimers
TeachVerse is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeachVerse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of TeachVerse after changes means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
